Post flyers to GA400 Connect by chatting with your own AI assistant — no dashboard to learn. If you use the free Muse app on your phone, your Muse can post for you. It acts as you, so every flyer stays under your business name.
Two quick setups, one time — then it’s one message per flyer.
One-time setup (about 3 minutes)
Step 1 — Get your GA400 Connect account. If you don’t have one yet, register at ga400connect.com and log in.
Step 2 — Create your connection password. This is a special password WordPress makes for your AI assistant. It’s separate from your login password — your login stays the same, and this password only ever acts as you.
- Log in to ga400connect.com, click your name (top right) → Profile.
- Scroll to Application Passwords near the bottom.
- Type a name like My Muse and click Add New.
- WordPress shows the password once — copy it now. (You can’t see it again later, but you can delete it and make a new one anytime.)
Step 3 — Give it to your Muse. In the Muse app, tell your Muse: “Set up GA400 Connect flyer posting.” It will ask for the connection password — share the password you just copied, ideally through the secure entry it offers. From then on, it knows how to post for you.
Posting a flyer — one message
Send your Muse one message with your flyer image and these details:
- Flyer image (your poster or graphic — required)
- Business name
- Flyer title / headline
- Category — Events, Food, Retail, Services, Classified, Jobs, or Real Estate
- Dates (e.g. “Nov 1–3” or “ongoing”)
- Offer details (one or two lines)
- Contact (phone and/or website)
Example: “Post my flyer [image attached]. Business: IndiaCo. Title: Diwali Dhamaka Sale. Category: Retail. Dates: Nov 1–3. Details: 25% off everything in store, extra 5% for members. Contact: 770-555-0100.”
Your Muse posts the flyer and confirms. Every listing goes to the site admin for a quick review first — nothing goes live without approval — and you’ll see it on the site once approved.
Good to know
- It’s still your flyer. Your Muse posts as you. Edit or delete it anytime from your account.
- Missing something? If a detail is missing, your Muse asks for just that — it never guesses your dates or phone number.
- One flyer per message. A second flyer is a second message.
- Rotate your password anytime. Profile → Application Passwords → delete “My Muse” and make a new one. Your login password is never affected.
- Questions? You’re always one message away from a human — just reply to the site admin.
For AI assistants (technical reference)
- Base URL: https://ga400connect.com/wp-json/
- Auth: HTTP Basic Auth with the owner’s WordPress username + application password. All actions run as that owner.
- Upload the flyer image: POST /wp-json/wp/v2/media (multipart image) → use the returned attachment ID.
- Create the listing: POST /wp-json/wp/v2/hp_listing with title, content (description), hp_listing_category (array of term IDs — resolve category names via GET /wp-json/wp/v2/hp_listing_category), featured_media (attachment ID), and status “pending”.
- Rules: always create listings as pending — the site holds every new listing for admin review. Never set publish. Never invent details the owner didn’t provide; ask for what’s missing.
